Do you offer different configurations for your single-cylinder diesel engines?
Yes. We understand that every application has unique power and operational requirements. We offer a diverse range of configurations tailored to specific industrial, agricultural, and power-generation needs. Whether you require specific starting mechanisms, cooling systems, or output specifications, our technical team can help you identify the optimal setup.
How can I determine which engine configuration is best for my project?

To ensure you select the most efficient and reliable solution for your specific application, we have developed an interactive tool:

LAUNCH CONFIGURATION TOOL

By following the guided steps in our configurator, you can input your technical requirements, and we will recommend the most suitable engine configuration for your needs.

What is the maintenance schedule for the Single Cylinder Diesel Engine?
  1. Daily: Check oil level, fuel level, and inspect for leaks before and after operation.
  2. Break-in: Initial oil and oil filter change after the first 20 hours.
  3. Every 100 hrs: Change engine oil, clean/replace oil filter, and service fuel tank/filter.
  4. Every 200 hrs: Clean or replace the air cleaner element (more frequent in dusty conditions).
  5. Every 500 hrs: Adjust valve clearance; inspect, clean, and test fuel injection nozzle.
  6. Every 1000 hrs: Check engine compression.
  7. Every 2000 hrs / 2 Years: Replace fuel system hoses.
Is the engine suitable for high-vibration equipment?
Yes. Our engines are equipped with an internal dynamic balancer mechanism that actively counteracts piston forces. This significantly mitigates vibration, protecting the integrity of the attached machinery (such as floor saws or compactors) and enhancing operator comfort during long shifts.
What fuel types are compatible with this engine?
The engine is highly versatile and supports 0#, -10#, and -35# diesel (depending on climate). We strongly advise using high-quality, clean diesel to prevent clogging the integrated in-tank mesh strainer and the primary fuel filter, thereby protecting the longevity of the direct injection system.
